I had friends at Capital Pride yesterday in DC. I’m so glad the shooting was ultimately a false alarm, but the panic and fear and grief I saw from the LGBTQIAA+ community yesterday is heartbreaking. This was Pride. This is supposed to be our community. I have no words.
